Raleigh Litigator, Jim Johnson, Granted Fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America

The Raleigh criminal defense and litigation firm of DeMent Askew Johnson & Marshall is pleased to announce that James T. Johnson has been granted Fellowship to the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).

The LCA is an honorary society whose invitation-only membership is limited to just 3,500 Fellows nationwide, representing less than .05% of American lawyers. Prior to being invited into Fellowship, nominees are evaluated for effectiveness, accomplishment in litigation, and ethical reputation. “It is a high honor to be granted Fellowship to the Litigation Counsel of America. Jim very much deserves to be found among their ranks,” says Rusty DeMent, the firm’s managing partner.

Jim Johnson is a veteran Tar Heel lawyer with a passion for client service. He possesses more than a quarter-century of trial experience and courtroom success to his clients.
