Raleigh Litigator, Jim Johnson, Granted Fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America

The Raleigh criminal defense and litigation firm of DeMent Askew & Johnson is pleased to announce that James T. Johnson has been granted Fellowship to the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).

The LCA is an honorary society whose invitation-only membership is limited to just 3,500 Fellows nationwide, representing less than .05% of American lawyers. Prior to being invited into Fellowship, nominees are evaluated for effectiveness, accomplishment in litigation, and ethical reputation. “It is a high honor to be granted Fellowship to the Litigation Counsel of America. Jim very much deserves to be found among their ranks,” says Rusty DeMent, the firm’s managing partner.
