2024 Business North Carolina Legal Elite recognizes DeMent Askew Partners

The criminal defense and litigation firm of DeMent Askew Johnson & Marshall in Raleigh is pleased to share with you that Russell (Rusty) DeMent III and Alex Marshall have been included in the Criminal Defense Section of the 23rd Edition of Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite, and that Garland Askew, our firm’s 50-year lawyer, has been included in the Real Estate Section.

The Legal Elite lists top lawyers in North Carolina chosen by peer vote. The Business North Carolina Legal Elite is the only award that allows every active lawyer in the state to vote for their peers. Only about 1,200 lawyers received sufficient votes in the 2023 balloting period to be included in the 2024 list.
