Alex Marshall Becomes Named Partner

We are pleased to announce that on January 1, 2024, Alex Marshall became a named partner and the firm name changed to DeMent Askew Johnson & Marshall.

Joseph Alexander “Alex” Marshall is a 2015 graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill. He earned his undergraduate cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Alex is an AV Preeminent Peer Rated Lawyer at Martindale Hubbell, is included in Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite, and is selected to Best Lawyers in America’s Ones to Watch and North Carolina Super Lawyers. Alex joined the firm in 2021.
